Gran Turismo 5 vs Forza Motorsport 3?

I have a PS3 and 360 but I only want to get one. Which one do you like more? It would be good to have an answer if you have played both.Gran Turismo 5 vs Forza Motorsport 3?
i own both games and i prefer gt5 (and its not because i prefer PS3)

GT5 is the real driving simulator and although forza is great GT5 is better.

GT5 has over 1000 cars whereas forza has only 400+

GT5 has more to it such as licenses and special events etc

and who doesn't want to drive around a virtual Top Gear test track

also i didnt find forza challenging at all. even without the time reverse feature i still never lost a race

but on GT5 u (once u have progressed further into the game) u will be challenged to the limit, and with the new mechanical damage update u will not be able to drive very fast round corners and smack into other cars to slow u down because u will be punished to the point your car shall be become undrivable.



so if u want a more realistic driving experience get GT5

if u want an easy satisfying driving experience go with forza

or do what i have and get both then u shall not be dissapointed.



btw u can get forza 3 really cheap if u shop around i got the collectors edition for 拢14.99
If i hadn't played gt5 i would say it is a tough one you ask. But since gran turismo didn't excited me at all (unfortunately the gran turismo series are awesome but the 5th one which was 5 years in development was not that good as the previous games especially gt4).Whereas forza 3 is a nice looking game and may not have the graphics of gt5 but its driving is far more realistic than that of gt5.Gran Turismo 5 vs Forza Motorsport 3?
personally i have always been a fan of the Turismo series and now with the new damage (introduced at last), Over 1030 cars (apparently), and 60 tracks and ive heard from some the ability to create your own tracks. makes it personally sound more interesting to me. Both are fantastic games its just a question of which you think will last you longer.

my brother owns both but i havent played either long enough to make a good judgement
its gran turismo all the time it is a great game and is constantly being updated and with DLC incoming soon it outclasses forza in every way truly epic game but at the end of the day if you like a racing sim get gt5 which it is if not get forza but there are more things on gt like nascar,f1,rally,and 24hr racing with changing weather and daytime to night racing plus it is 3d compatible trust me get gt5 you wont be disappointed i ain't :)Gran Turismo 5 vs Forza Motorsport 3?
Gran Turismo 5 is awesome, but, I don't have a 360 so I can't give any opinions on it. If you're a long-time GT fan - get it. If you're a newbie at GT ( like me ) - get it. If you're a racing fan and you love cars - hands down, either one.
