Forza 3 car tuning without owning cars?

I have Forza motorsport 3, and this game is really amazing in car tuning, im wondering if there is any way to tune the cars without owning then in career mode?

you have to start a carrer,then buy the car you want to tune and pay for the parts needed on it that are involved in the tuning,then you can save your tune setup and put it up for sale in your storefront, then you can always sell off the car you bought.
