Dude its 2 very different categories. Forza is a racing game with cool cars and good tracks where as modern warfare 3 is an excellent FPS. If u enjoy racing cars than go for forza 4 cause it will be totally worth it but if you dislike racing than go for modern warfare 3. If i was in your place I would first buy MW3 cause i loved COD MW and COD MW2 and i can't wait 4 MW3.Should i buy Forza Motorsport 4 or modern warfare 3?

if you have played those previous COD : Modern Warfare series, then you should choose MW3 for sure...
