All you have to do is buy any car (it doesn't have to be really expensive) then you buy as many mods as you can but make sure you don't leave upgrade shop menu or else it won't work once you do that set all parts for car back to default (press start select default parts) after that sign out and back in and when you go back to car upgrade shop and you'll find you have all the money you had after buying car and all of the parts that you bought, now all you have to do is sell all parts you bought and you'll have a lot of extra money
p.s. I use the Ford Fiesta and if you buy all parts and sell them it equals about 800,000
