Forza Motorsport 3 Top Speed?

I want to know how to get to the fastest speed possible on forza,doesnt matter the vehicle just whichever one can get to the fastest.

I've heard reports of over 250 so I'd like to know what car i need and what things to tweak.Forza Motorsport 3 Top Speed?
Buy a bugatti Veyron and upgrade everything. Drive at either Benchmark High Speed Ring or On Nurburgring there is a really long straightForza Motorsport 3 Top Speed?
My Bugatti now goes 264 top speed.

I don't think you need to tweak anything. Just use the Bugatti Veyron. It's real life top speed is 253 mph, and I've been over 250 with it. Use the Benchmark High Speed Ring.
