I checked at Gamestop and they would only give me $16 for Forza, so add another $18ish for ODST and you have a staggering.... $34.
Checking eBay prices, you would probably get around ~$23 for ODST and ~$22 for Forza. Thus, you get $45. However, there are eBay auctions selling both of them for $40.
