The Bugatti Veyron!! It is the fastest car in the game stock, and will only be faster with upgrades. I think it maxes out at 265-270 with full upgrades. Correct me if I'm wrong.Forza Motorsport 3? 10 points!!!!!!?
Road or racing? If its a road car you need, go for the Mercedes SL65 AMG Black Series, which you get when you reach driver level 22. Convert it to all-wheel-drive and work from there to get the class you need. Fully upgraded it comes to an R3 class. For racing cars, go with any sort of LMP1 Le Mans car that you can afford.
